Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden’s traditional gift shop was transformed into The Sanctuary Shop—an immersive retail and hospitality experience that blends curated merchandise, an elevated bistro, and a plant-forward outdoor setting. Designed as an extension of the Garden, the space unfolds through distinct, thoughtfully curated zones that turn shopping into a story-driven journey. From concept and design through production and operational integration, the project redefines retail—seamlessly merging commerce, dining, and discovery into one cohesive guest experience.
